This website is operated by Shruseternity under the brand Maya by Shrus. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Shruseternity. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the policies referenced here — our Privacy Policy, Exchange Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these terms.

1. Using This Site

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this site, or use it under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
• You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, or violate any applicable law in doing so.
• You must not transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature.
• You must not scrape, crawl, or harvest data or content from this site, or collect personal information of other users.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to terminate access for any breach of these terms.

2. Products, Sizing, and Availability

• All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Our garments are photographed with care. However, colours may render differently across screens, and minor variation in shade, print placement, or embroidery is characteristic of ethnic wear and is not a defect.
• Sizing: please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Garment measurements may vary by up to half an inch from the chart, which is standard manufacturing tolerance and not a defect. Size exchanges are governed by our Exchange Policy.
• Unstitched products: fabric dimensions stated for unstitched kurti and salwar material are approximate. Once fabric is cut, stitched, or altered, it cannot be exchanged.
• Product quantities are limited and an item or size may sell out after you have viewed it.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per person or per order, to restrict sales to any region, to discontinue any product at any time, and to limit or refuse orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

3. Orders and Billing

• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information for all orders.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, where we identify errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or delivery constraints. If we cancel an order, we will notify you using the contact details provided, and any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
• Occasionally, information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies relating to descriptions, pricing, offers, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors without prior notice.

4. Exchanges and Cancellations

All exchanges, returns, and cancellations are governed by our Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please note that products purchased under any offer, sale, or discount — including Buy 1 Get 1 — are not eligible for exchange except in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please read the policy before placing an order.

• All content on this site — including product photographs, videos, text, designs, logos, and the Maya by Shrus and Shrus names and marks — is the property of Shruseternity or its licensors.
