Every Maya by Shrus order is packed with care and shipped through trusted courier partners. This policy covers how we deliver, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Standard shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum order value. Delivered in 3–7 days.
• Express shipping: optional upgrade at ₹99, delivered in 2–3 days.

Dispatch Timelines

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.
• Cash on Delivery orders are dispatched after order confirmation over call or WhatsApp.

Delivery

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, strikes, and courier disruptions.
• Domestic orders are shipped through BlueDart, India Post, and FranchExpress, with the partner chosen based on your location for the fastest reliable delivery.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide through DHL. International shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout.
• International orders may attract import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the destination country. These are levied by your government, are not included in our product price or shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs charges vary by country and depend on the invoice value and product category. Please check with your local customs office, or with DHL, to estimate charges before placing your order.
• We cannot predict, control, or reimburse customs duties. Orders may be delayed at customs if fees are pending or additional documentation is required.
• International orders are not eligible for exchange, as detailed in our Exchange Policy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your shipment at any time until it reaches you.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or with items missing, write to hello@shruseternity.com, call us on 079 6946 0000, or WhatsApp +91 76049 36565 within 48 hours of delivery. An uncut unboxing video is required for damage and missing-item claims, as detailed in our Exchange Policy. We may not be able to act on claims raised after this window, as courier insurance claims are time-bound.

If your package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, do not accept it. Refuse the package and inform us immediately.

Fair Usage Policy

We keep our exchange process simple because most customers use it fairly. A small number of accounts repeatedly return, cancel, or refuse delivery of orders, which affects our ability to serve everyone well. Accounts that consistently misuse our policies will no longer be offered Cash on Delivery or free shipping on future orders. Repeated doorstep refusals of COD orders are recorded and treated the same way.
