Exchange Policy - Maya by SHRUS

At Maya by shrus, we want you to love what you wear. In the rare event that you wish to exchange a product, please read the following policy carefully:

Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchange requests within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
If more than 3 days have passed since receiving your order, we will unfortunately not be able to process an exchange.
Exchange is allowed only once per order and must be utilized within 6 months.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.

When Is Exchange Applicable?

We accept exchanges in the following situations:

There is a significant colour variation from what was shown on the website.
The product received is damaged or defective.
The size is not a proper fit for you.

Note: Size-based exchanges are accepted *only if the product is returned unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Request an Exchange

Order ID
Reason for exchange (with photos, if applicable)
For damage/defect: Send photos of the product and tags within 48 hours of receiving your order.

After Approval

Once your exchange is approved:

After we receive and verify the product, we will issue a Gift Card (Coupon Code) equal to the product’s value.
This Gift Card will be sent to your registered email or mobile number and can be redeemed during checkout.
The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to cancellations or exchanges, you can contact us at hello@shruseternity.com. Final decisions will be made by SHRus Eternity.

This policy is governed under the Indian IT Act 2002 and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
